CEO & CO-FOUNDER

Jasminne is our CEO.

She co-founded the organisation in response to a need in the Australian Disability sector and a passion for achieving amazing education outcomes.

Having worked closely with Fortune 500 companies in senior leadership positions, she has great experience in creating solutions which challenge the way things have always been done. When designing innovative solutions, Jasminne takes time to understand the reality of the people the solution is being designed for. Naturally, this creates a more sustainable solution with key measurable outcomes.

Jasminne has led organisations through large scale change, encouraging engagement from all stakeholders to create long lasting organisational development.

Jasminne holds a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. She is also a qualified executive coach.

HEAD OF PLANNING & CONTROL

Nicolas is our Head of Planning & Control.

He co-founded the organisation with Jasminne. Nicolas has a strong background in customer experience and business analytics, which provides us with an edge in developing optimal services for our customers.

Nicolas holds a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Marketing from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.

HEAD OF SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Rachael is our Head of Sales & Customer Experience.

She is purpose driven and values person-centred solutions to real-world problems. Her purpose is to create meaningful impact through positive interactions, and she lives this in all that she does.

Starting out her professional career has a lawyer, she has a natural affinity with risk management, corporate governance and fighting for social justice which she brings to her role in the executive team. Rachael’s experience in working with organisations both large and small to create workforce planning strategies helps her to understand the reality of an organisation hiring and training key employees.

She was drawn to work in the disability sector to create a brighter future for the sector by being a part of a solution that serves the needs of like-minded organisations, creating a real difference in the world.

Rachael holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University.

JACOB BOOTH

JACOB BOOTH

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT & DESIGN

Jacob is our Head of Customer Support & Design.

In the work that he does he values strong engagement of online learning course content through mindful design. He also places great emphasis on being able to explain technology in a way that makes our customers feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Jacob has 20+ years’ experience in the education sector, most recently project managing implementation of virtual systems to create a better learning experience. This is a critical skill for our team to understand the importance of business continuity when a new system is introduced to an organisation.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the Australian Catholic University.

PAUL LARCOMBE

PAUL LARCOMBE

BUSINESS GROWTH EXECUTIVE & NDIS EXPERT

Paul is our Business Growth Executive and supports us to ensure that what we do is guided by the NDIS guidelines.

His purpose is to change people’s perceptions of what is possible. He has a lifetime of experience in the disability sector and values real, fit-for-purpose responses to limitations on education, knowledge, and accessibility for persons with disability.

Paul is a qualified NDIS auditor, recently taking up a team leader role managing the audit process of NDIS organisations. He has intimate knowledge of what is required from both providers and workers under the NDIS Code of Conduct, Quality and Safeguarding Framework, Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. This knowledge provides us with an edge to offer a solution that considers the obligations which our customers must handle day-to-day.
