By the end of this course, Managers will be able to:
a) Understand Human Resource Management (HRM) Best Practice basics within topics – Workforce Planning, Recruitment and Induction.
b) Understand the NDIS and WHS, and HR Relations.
c) Reflective exercise: Middle Managers or Executive Manager will review how they are currently influencing their organisation’s health from a HRM perspective.
d) Reflective exercise: Recommend and justify an appropriate / workable way they can improve their HRM contribution.
e) Reflective exercise: Draft an implementation/action plan.
