c) Reflective exercise: Middle Managers or Executive Manager will review how they are currently influencing their organisation’s health from a marketing perspective.
d) Reflective exercise: Recommend and justify an appropriate / workable way they can improve their marketing contribution.
e) Reflective exercise: They will then draft an implementation/action plan.
