Our Courses

Our online training solutions are designed for Australian Disability organisations and their employees, including support workers and management. Our packages provide you with a tailored development journey to aid in your training structure and delivery. We also offer the ability to assign courses on a “as needs” basis.

Our courses are a mix of e-learn and video content that are industry and role specific. All our courses are NDIS compliant and aligned to best practice. They are written by industry experts, reviewed annually and kept updated in line with the Australian Disability sector requirements and changes.

Course features:

Approximately 30mins in duration to provide optimal content delivery as well as time efficiency for each topic.
Designed to close industry and role gaps.
Engaging content with a mix of videos, charts, visual aids, quizzes, practical exercises and more.
Access to a downloadable resource library to compliment course objective outcomes and continued learning. Includes posters, checklists, fact sheets and more.
Captivating and inspiring – includes real-life, real-world experiences.
Course topic final assessments to be used for reporting staff competency levels.
Course completion certificates.
Courses can be used for RPL towards a Certificate IV in Disability.

We were using a system that was restrictive and time consuming as recording the completion of training required a number of spreadsheets.
The NGO Training Centre allows The Bridge to assign courses to various groups within the organisation, develop our own courses, assign external courses, download completion rates of various users and courses from the one spot.
Implementing the system was also completed with ease as Jasminne guided us through the process, trialled the system before launching it and always made herself available to answer any of our questions.
