We are a training institute based in Queensland, Australia. We were established in 2017, following consultation with the Australian Disability sector to offer a real training solution that serves the need of Australian Disability support organisations.

We offer engaging competency-based training that promotes lifelong learning and contributes to operational goals for organisations.

We are wholeheartedly devoted to the success and wellbeing of the organisations, the employees and the participants we support via our online training programs. We exist because we care more!

Our Team

NGO’s consultants are NDIS experts: 4 PhDs, 5 MBAs, 4 ex-director level NDIA Managers, 5 ex-disability CEOs and more with Masters degrees than we can count. More than half of us have lived experience of disability.
