What courses do you offer?
At the NGO Training Centre, we offer a diverse and comprehensive range of Disability Support and Aged Care online training courses, for both individuals and organisations.

How much do courses cost?
Our courses start at only $29, and range up to approximately $900 for our Leadership suite.
You can also save 20% on the overall course cost by purchasing one of our bundles, which combine associated courses.
If you are an organisation looking for the whole library for your staff, we offer a range of Training Packages that provide cost-effective group training solutions for any-sized business.
What is different about NGO Training Centre courses?
Our courses are designed to deliver a fun, interactive, skills-focused and engaging experience for all learners and trainers.
Created by leading Disability and Aged Care sector experts with decades of experience, our courses are up-to-date with current sector changes, and focus on building real skills to ensure all learners are perfectly equipped to deliver the best possible care to participants and individuals.
Our courses are formatted by expert learning designers to provide a genuinely fun, engaging and interactive experience that caters to all learning styles. Courses are short in duration (usually only 30-60 minutes) and can be completed on any device, anywhere, anytime using our web and app compatible Learning Management System.
Upon completion of any NGO Training Centre courses, you will receive a Certificate of Completion that you can keep and use as evidence of your training.

Are your courses online or face-to-face?
All our courses are high-quality online courses, available 24 hours a day, all year round. This means you can learn at your own pace and convenience, fitting your studies around your schedule.
We do not offer face-to-face training. Our focus is on providing accessible online training that meets the needs of disability support and aged care professionals.
Are your courses nationally accredited?
While our courses can be utilised nationally across every state, it’s important to note that we are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
We focus on delivering high-quality training that is relevant and compliant with current sector standards. Our courses are developed by industry experts and are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the latest requirements. This commitment ensures that you receive the best possible training experience, even though we do not hold national accreditation.
Are your courses accepted by NDIS auditors and Aged Care Standards auditors?
Our courses have been expertly reviewed by NDIS Lead Auditors and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards Lead Auditors, ensuring they are perfectly tailored to help your organisation excel in audits.
While not formally accredited, these competency-based courses are highly valuable, designed to empower your team with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive within the NDIS framework and Aged Care Quality Standards, boosting your confidence and success!
Can I receive RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) for any NGO Training Centre courses I complete?
Our courses are designed to be competency-based, empowering you with practical skills and knowledge! While they are not formally accredited, many institutions may recognise them for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), depending on their specific policies.
We encourage you to reach out to the institutions directly to verify if our courses are recognised for their programs, as each institution determines its own policies for accepting prior learning.
My organisation has its own LMS – can I still use your courses?
Yes, absolutely!
We can provide our courses as file packages that your organisation can easily upload to your own LMS or other compatible platform.
This provides you with the flexibility to train your staff using our leading Disability and/or Aged Care courses on your own system – a common solution for organisations with all-in-one HR, rostering, training and payroll platforms.

Are your courses accredited? Are you an RTO?
Our courses are carefully designed to align with NDIS and Strengthened Aged Care Standards, tailored to meet the needs of organisations in the disability and aged care sectors. While we are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and our courses are not formally accredited, they are competency-based, equipping your team with practical, industry-relevant skills.

Yes! Our disability medication training courses are NDIS- compliant for your audit! Does a learner get a certificate after completion?
Yes! Learners get a certificate of completion for all our courses.

I purchased a course for myself and now want to add my staff – how can I do this?
To purchase courses for your staff, go to the course you want to buy and select ‘Organisation’ as the purchase type. Select the number of seats you require for that course (one seat per staff member), then once purchased, you will be able to assign the course to your staff members on our website Dashboard.
What is the process for getting access to my courses?
Once you have purchased a course or Training Packages, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your courses – this will be sent to the email you provided during the purchase process.
If you have purchased a course or training package and have not received your welcome email, please contact us.
What LMS platforms or systems do you offer or integrate with?

Does it support mobile access, and does it include tracking/reporting features?
Yes, our courses do support mobile access! We recommend using the TalentLMS app for the best experience on mobile devices. This app allows you to download content, ensuring you can access your courses even when data is not available. Using a mobile browser may lead to a loss of course progress, so the app is definitely the way to go!
In addition to mobile access, our platform includes comprehensive tracking and reporting features. You can monitor learner progress, see who has enrolled in which courses, and track completion rates. The reporting function allows you to generate detailed insights, helping you keep your team informed and engaged. You can even schedule automated reports to be delivered to your inbox, ensuring you stay updated on your team’s training progress.
Is ongoing support included in your packages (e.g. technical help, content updates, admin training)?
Yes, ongoing support is included in our packages! We offer both online and telephone support to all our customers, ensuring you have access to assistance whenever you need it. For our NGO Pro and Pro Plus customers, we provide a dedicated Customer Care Manager who will guide you through your onboarding journey and continue to support you after your platform goes live.
Your Customer Care Manager will regularly check in with you, provide ongoing support, and keep you updated on new courses and features. This ensures that you have the resources and knowledge necessary to make the most of your learning management system.

How do I log in to access my courses?
To log in, use the details contained within your welcome email.
If you don’t have your password or can’t remember it, go to the log in page and click “forgot password” to reset it via email. Here is a video showing how to reset your password, should you need to do so:
